Specialist Workplace Coaching For Autistic And Neurodiverse Professionals

Support To Empower

You At Work

About Us

In many workplaces, coaching support only arrives after stress, overwhelm, or burnout has already taken hold. This is especially true for Autistic and Neurodiverse professionals, who often mask their difficulties.

We believe in a different approach. Our Specialist Workplace Coaches, (many who are themselves neurodiverse and so have lived experience), are dedicated to empowering Autistic and Neurodiverse adults through tailored workplace coaching strategies. Sessions are delivered online, in 60‑minute formats, with telephone calls available if preferred.
